All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Bay Area Legacy Gear or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our ambigram designs are original creations of Bay Area Legacy Gear. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without our express written permission.

Bay Area Legacy Gear is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the San Francisco 49ers, San Francisco Giants, NFL, or MLB. Team names and references are used for descriptive purposes only.

7. User Conduct

When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
