Return Policy
We want you to love your Bay Area Legacy Gear. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return
Initiate Your Return
Click the "Start a Return" button below and enter your order number and email address to access our returns portal.
Print Your Label
Select the items you're returning and print your prepaid shipping label. Pack items securely in original or similar packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any USPS location. You'll receive email updates as we process your return.
Get Your Refund
Once received and inspected (3-5 business days), your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
