Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make changes.

Orders may be cancelled if we're unable to verify payment information, if an item becomes out of stock, or if we detect potentially fraudulent activity. You'll receive an email explaining the reason and any refund will be processed automatically.

Yes! Digital gift cards are available in denominations of $25, $50, $75, $100, and $150. Gift cards are delivered via email and never expire.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99. For orders under $99, standard shipping is $7.95. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. Express overnight shipping is available for orders placed before 12pm PT. Processing time is typically 1-2 business days.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping to Canada and other countries. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number and email address.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition. Sale items and personalized products are final sale.

Visit our Shipping & Returns page and click 'Start a Return.' Enter your order number and email to generate a prepaid return label. Pack your items securely and drop off at any USPS location.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Yes! We offer free exchanges for different sizes. Start an exchange through our returns portal and we'll ship your new size as soon as we receive your return. If you need the new size urgently, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original.

Our signature ambigram designs are created so that when you flip them upside down, they read differently. For example, our main design shows 'NINERS' right-side up and 'GIANTS' when rotated 180 degrees. It's one design that represents both SF teams!

Most of our apparel is available in sizes XS through 3XL. Check the size guide on each product page for detailed measurements. Our fit varies by style—some items run true to size while others have a relaxed or athletic fit.

For best results, machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry on low heat. Turn garments inside out to protect prints. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Do not iron directly on printed areas.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your shipping information, access order history, and receive exclusive member offers.

You can unsubscribe by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any marketing email. Note that you'll still receive transactional emails about your orders even after unsubscribing.
